     I really feel bad for once again neglecting this blog, but as a college student (in the nicest way possible) "I got more important shit to do!" My vision for this site far exceeds what I have to show today and I will definitely try and expand. Opulence is wealth, luxury, and affluence. We all want to lead a life rich in happiness, success and love, as well as savor the finer things. Sure, some can't afford it, some can, and some of us just want to dream. Although I may occasionally open up my mind to share a personal post, this blog is not a daily account of my life and feelings. It is a lifestyle blog letting you in on some fashion, beauty, music, art, culture, travel spots and events that I think are cool, and inspiring. By no means am I a designer (well...) a model or a socialite. I don't have a team of clones that i do everything but take a shit with; I am just me. A brooklynite who just had an epiphany. A different plan that's always been there just never finalized. Better late than never.  Come walk with me. Let's make this thing bigger and better!

She's Back...

Ciara feat. Ludacris - Ride

     First off... Do you see her physique? Ciara is in absolute shape and I am thrilled to see that she is back to her number one talent, dancing. The tomboy steeze is even back in effect and she has once again called on her frequent collaborator and fellow ATLien, rapper Ludacris.. Hopefully this sort of "going back to her roots" approach will help garner some decent record sales and put her back on the map.  The sexy look with the fur is a lil overdone, and I'm still not sold on the track itself but I know the mechanical bull scene will stop some hearts. Do it to em CiCi.

Over- Drake
I like Drake's music. I really do. I think he speaks directly to the college-age set; as they seem to make up the majority of his fanbase. However, every music video he has released so far as been a bust. The visuals are a big part of a song's success. His performance in this video is definetly lackluster, as is some footage of his stage show that I've seen. I don't know about those Zoolander facial expressions either. Picking up some pointer's from labelmate Nicki? hmph
